1. About us sparthos.com is operated by Clevum OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia ("Sparthos", "we", "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products We try to show products, colors and sizes accurately, but screens differ, and small variations may occur. Our products are sports and recovery supports. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have an injury or medical condition, talk to a doctor before use.

3. Prices and payment Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments or PayPal.

4. Orders We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

6. Liability To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site (text, photos, logos) belongs to Clevum OÜ and can't be used without our permission.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. This doesn't remove any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

10. Changes We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
