30-day returns
If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
- Email support@sparthos.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item and ship it back. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is defective, damaged or wrong. In that case we send you a prepaid label.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept worn compression garments or opened kinesiology tape unless they are defective.
- Defective, damaged or wrong items are always accepted, at no cost to you.
Refunds We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after your return reaches our warehouse. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Exchanges Need a different size or color? Return the item as above and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right one.
