Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We can't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping cost
- Orders $35 and over: free standard shipping
- Orders under $35: $5.95
Delivery time
- Orders are packed and shipped from US fulfillment centers, usually within 1 business day.
- Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipping.
Tracking You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Packaging Orders ship in plain packaging and may arrive in an Amazon-branded box, because our stock is stored and shipped by Amazon's fulfillment network.
Lost or damaged packages If your package hasn't arrived 10 days after shipping, or it arrives damaged, email support@sparthos.com and we'll send a replacement or refund.
